The defendant was charged with ‘Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life’, contrary to section 16 of the Firearms Act 1968, ‘Possessing a Prohibited Firearm’, contrary to section 5(1)(ab) of the Firearms Act 1968 and ‘Possession of Ammunition’, contrary to section 5(1A)(1) of the Firearms Act 1968.
After a week-long Trial at Kingston Crown Court concluding on the 7th April 2017 the Defendant was duly acquitted of all counts.
