Emma was called to the bar in 2016 having worked within a Criminal Defence Solicitors firm for 2 years.
Emma regularly attends the Youth, Magistrates and Crown Court dealing with a wide range of offences. Emma also assists with litigation and has been responsible for a large caseload consisting of serious and complex cases including serious drugs allegations, sexual assaults and manslaughter. Emma also regularly assists clients with confiscation orders after conviction.
Emma also regularly attends the Police Station and acts to ensure that any person is held in police custody gets the best legal advice and representation.

- Litigated on successfully reducing the sentence of a youth charged with Manslaughter from 6 years to 3 ½ years.
- Case handler for one of the largest cultivation of cannabis cases in England. Also dealt with the subsequent confiscation order on conviction agreeing an nominal repayment of £1.
