Aaliya deals with all aspects of Criminal Law in the Police Station, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court. She enjoys a growing own client following due to her proactive attitude to her client cases.
Having obtained a degree in International Politics from Brunel University and a Commendation in the Graduate Diploma in Law, Aaliya joined MK Law as a Trainee Solicitor. Aaliya is currently undertaking the Legal Practitioners Course part-time.
Aaliya is a qualified Police Station representative and has represented a variety of offences including conspiracies, firearms, drugs and rape.
Aaliya has recently worked on cases involving three large-scale operations;
R v GN – this was an 8 week case at Isleworth Crown Court, the cases consisted of two case joined together, Operation Rikaho and Operation Montlake – these operations were in relation to conspiracy to supply class A drugs and a Conspiracy to Kidnap.
R v CC – this is case set down for a 4 week trial at Blackfriars Crown Court, Operation Vocare is an ongoing operation linked to large-scale commercial burglaries and robberies across phone stores in London.
