Shauna Telford is a Criminal Paralegal and joined MK Law in 2016. Shauna has a keen passion for criminal defence and works closely with her clients to ensure the best possible result.
After attaining a 2:1 (Hons) in Law from Kingston University London, Shauna has gone on to study the Legal Practice Course as well as her Masters at the University of Law.
Shauna works within the Magistrates’ Court Unit. Her specialist areas include Assault, Criminal Damage, Theft and Public Order offences.
R v L – Acted as litigator for a client acquitted of Assault on his daughter.
R v L – Acted as litigator for a client acquitted of Section 4 Public Order Offence.
R v B – Acted as litigator for a client acquitted of an Assault by beating, the facts of the case were that he was alleged to have punched his wife in the chest.
R v K : Acted as litigator for a client acquitted of handling stolen goods.
