Manisha has always had a deep sense of justice and concern for people’s rights & liberties. During the course of her law degree she realised that she had a passion for Criminal Law and having completed her Legal Practice Course she knew that Criminal Law was the area of Law in which she would one day specialise in. In 2001 she completed a Masters in Criminal Litigation.
In December 2003 she qualified as a Solicitor and in November 2006 she qualified as a Higher Courts Advocate. Since that time she has been practicing regularly in both the Magistrates and Crown Courts and is no stranger to the Court of Appeal Criminal Division.
Manisha has conducted a wide range of cases during her career ranging from the most minor to the most serious and complex matters. She has also been the trial advocate on a wide range of Crown Court trials for offences such as GBH with intent, rape and burglary and has maintained a high acquittal rate across the board. She has worked on a number of cases that have received media attention. She fully commits herself to achieve the best possible outcome for each and every client that she comes into contact with.
