Buckingham Palace terror case starts

Terrorism case starts at the Central Criminal Court, the defendant is charged with engaging in conduct in prepartion of terrorist acts, contrary to section 5(1)(a) of the Terrorism Act 2006.

The CPS allege that the defendant was caught with a samurai sword outside Buckingham Palace said the Queen was the enemy "that Allah tells us to fight".
