CPS offer no evidence for client accused of possessing an offensive weapon

Client represented at Bexley Magistrates on 23rd June 2017 for ‘Possession of an Offensive Weapon’.
It was alleged that the client had in possession two bricks which he intended to use for violence or to put in fear of violence. The Prosecution made an application to adjourn to seek further evidence however this was opposed and the case was dismissed.
