Kirsti holds a BA(Hons) degree from Oxford University, a Law Masters (LLM) degree from the University of Nottingham and completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course with Distinction. She worked as a paralegal at a law firm in Central London before completing her training contract at MK Law. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2020.
Kirsti undertakes work in all areas of Family Law including Private Child cases, Public Law Care Proceedings, Divorce, Financial Proceedings and Domestic Violence. She specialises in Child Arrangements cases, representing clients in often complex situations relating to where and with whom their children are to live and with whom they are to spend time and how often. She also specialises in applications for protective injunctions, such as Non-Molestation Orders.
Kirsti’s approach is informed by her dedication to social justice and she works passionately on behalf of her clients, spending time with them and patiently offering clear and honest advice. She is known for her proactive approach and meticulous case preparation. She has a love of advocacy and regularly represents her clients in court hearings.
