Naheeda joined MK Law in August 2017 as a paralegal, working to complete her legal practice course and training contract to become a solicitor.
Her intrigue for family law was peaked whilst volunteering at an advice centre where she witnessed the urgent need for legal support due to complex family structures. Not simply a career choice, Naheeda has fostered a deep understanding of the impact these matters have on families and she aspires to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals caught up in complex and distressing situations.
Naheeda assists in all aspects of family law at MK Law. Her passion fuels her continued learning and a need to do her utmost for the practice and primarily for clients. Working alongside a QC who commended her for her work, Naheeda is a talented and purposeful lawyer.
She carries her own cases of divorce and injunctions, private childcare, assisting with finances and advocacy. She handles every case with tenacity and diligence.
Her demonstrated affinity for working one on one with clients allows her to be empathetic yet remain professional and objective and to achieve the best possible outcomes for families.
