MK Law is delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan Mellody as Director, marking an important milestone both for Jonathan and for the continued growth of the firm.
Jonathan joined MK Law in 2014 and has become an integral part of the criminal defence team over the last decade. During his time with the firm, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication to both his clients and the wider legal profession, earning recognition for his professionalism, expertise, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for those he represents.
Over the course of his career, Jonathan has achieved a number of significant professional accomplishments. He became Police Station Accredited, qualified as a CILEX Advocate, published an article in the CILEX Journal, and contributed to the important work of a House of Lords Constitution Committee. His breadth of experience and continued professional development have made him a respected figure within the field of criminal defence.
In his new role as Director, Jonathan will oversee MK Law’s Police Station Department, where he will continue to lead and support the team in delivering high-quality legal representation and client care. His appointment reflects both his longstanding contribution to the firm and the confidence the practice has in his leadership moving forward.
