Bella Boulter – biography

Bella brings a strong academic background and a particular interest in criminal law. Bella holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Bristol and went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Course with Distinction. She also completed an LLM focusing on criminal liability under the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act, achieving a Distinction.

Bella was called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2025. Her experience at MK Law is allowing her to develop her practical skills across a broad range of criminal matters, while gaining valuable experience representing clients throughout the criminal justice process.

Committed to building a career in criminal defence, Bella hopes to progress to pupillage in the future. She is passionate about developing her advocacy and legal expertise and is dedicated to providing clients with professional, focused and effective representation.

Outside of her academic achievements, Bella’s enthusiasm for criminal law and commitment to her clients make her a valued member of the MK Law team.
