Kerry Hudson – bio

Called to the Bar in 2009 (Inner Temple), she later cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, bringing a wealth of advocacy and litigation skills to her practice.

Kerry represents clients facing a broad spectrum of criminal charges at both the Police Station and in Court. She has extensive experience in preparing cases for both the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts, handling complex and high-profile matters, including multi-handed conspiracies, murder, serious sexual offences, and drug-related crimes.

A strong advocate for equality of arms and fairness, Kerry is committed to ensuring that everyone navigating the criminal justice system has access to high-quality legal representation. She has particular expertise in working with vulnerable defendants and individuals with mental health challenges, ensuring their rights and needs are fully addressed throughout the legal process.

Kerry is past President of the London Criminal Courts Solicitors’ Association (LCCSA) and was instrumental in leading the profession through the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic.
