Mia Twomey – biography

Mia is a trainee solicitor, set to qualify in June 2026, and a probationary police station representative, with plans to complete full accreditation by end of 2025. She graduated with honours from the University of Portsmouth with an LLB Law degree. She works across both Magistrates’ and Crown Court trials, providing strong legal support for our clients.

Deeply concerned by the state of the justice system and its failing prison model, she focuses on challenging cases that are not in the public interest. Her work has led to numerous case discontinuances following her impactful legal representations. She is particularly passionate about addressing the mental health needs of our clients and understanding the connection between their thoughts and actions.

Committed to reform, Mia advocates for improved rehabilitation for all, believing in second chances, with a focus on youths and knife crime, aiming to promote a more effective and just system in the UK.
