Military Wife acquitted in Cyprus Service Civilian Court

A military wife was acquitted on Tuesday 18th July following a trial in Cyprus.

She was charged with a battery following an incident with another attached wife. She always maintained her innocence and despite numerous attempts to have the case dropped by the Crown the matter proceeded to trial. Following legal arguments having heard the Crowns case the Judge found there was no case to answer and she was acquitted. She keeps her good character.

Alex Rynn of MK Law instructed Mr Dominic Bell of Goldsmith Chambers.

In a note of thanks the client stated “You have allowed me to take a breath for the first time in nearly a year. I am so very grateful”.
