Tom Gregson – biography

Representing clients in the Police Station, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court Tom is known for being a persuasive and eloquent advocate who will always strive to get his clients the best result possible.

Tom chose to go into criminal defence after volunteering for the Innocence Project whilst at the University of Bristol and is motivated by defending the disenfranchised from the weight of state prosecution. Specialising in violence, drug and sexual offences, he believes the truth can always be drawn from the minutia of witness testimony and values precision and veracity in cross-examination.
