The defendant was charged with two counts, stalking involving serious alarm or distress, contrary to s4A(1)(b)(ii) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, contrary to s33(1) Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015.
Following a five day trial at Inner London Crown Court the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
